- Responsibility for Accuracy of Data. The seller and buyer are both responsible for checking that the information and documents they provide are accurate prior to the closing of any deal.
- The seller must furnish accurate particulars about the product or service on offer, along with relevant documents or authentication certifications.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to check the particulars for correctness before making any payment.
6. Limits of Data Use
- The use of the other party's data for purposes other than what has been agreed upon in the commercial contract is strictly forbidden, including:

- Sharing data with third parties without explicit consent from the data owner;

7. User Obligations Regarding Data Security

- If any misuse or mishandling of the data is reported by a third party, the party that has suffered should report it to the management of the platform in order for them to take appropriate action.
8. Muawadat Platform Obligations
- The Muawadat platform ensures user data protection according to new cyber-security standards and will not sell or rent user data to any third party.
- The platform will not disclose user personal information without prior agreement except in the following circumstances:
